NEW for 2010 - I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting my own internet radio show named the "Mo Knows Fitness Show". I will feature guests from all over the fitness world. From the very famous to local competitors and promoters. So stay tuned and give it a listen.

This week I am proud to have as my very special quest the one and only

Monica Brandt.

Monica Brandt has been the face of female fitness for more than a decade and has been an inspiration to an entire generation of ladies. Listen as we talk about how she got started in this sport and also about her preperations for her debut in the WBFF World Championships in Toroto on September 18th.
