03/16/10 - I had the pleasure to interview Ana Tigre and Greg Lee last night. Ana is a top fashion designer specializing in clothes for fit women and our special needs. She is also a style consultant and a top national level figure competitor.

3/09/10 - I am home from my first Arnold Sports Festival and man what a weekend. The expo was great and I have never seen so many people in such a close space. I really enjoyed working Tight Curves and getting to meet so many fans and seeing old friends. I can't wait for next year.

3/03/10 - I am very excited about attending the Arnold Classic show this year in Columbus Ohio. We leave tomorrow morning and I will be working a booth for Tight Curves with my wonderful friend Kristal Richardson who just happens to own the company. I hope all of you get to attend the show and make sure you come by the booth and say hello.

2/10/10 - I had the absolute pleasure to interview Tamee Marie last night on the "Mo Knows Fitness Show". Tamee is the premier competition suit maker in the country and on top of that she is also a top national level fitness competitor. Listen as Tamee tells us how she got started making her own suits and how it has exploded into a full time business. She also talk about the special sponsorships that she does each year for both amatuers and pros in all of the womens divisions and how I became one of the lucky ladies to be sponsored this year.

1/3/10 - I am pleased to announce that Amanda Stogner and Bonnie Roberts have joined the "Dream Team" for their contest prep for the 2010 year. Both of these ladies are figure competitors and are going to rock the stage this spring.

1/1/10 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! I hope everyone is ready for a great 2010. I am training hard and so excited about the upcoming competitive year. I will have some big announcements coming in the next few days and weeks so stay tuned.

12/01/09 - I am so proud to announce that I have been selected to be a sponsored athlete by Go Figure Competition Suits. Tamee Marie is the designer of these wonderful suits and I could not be any happier than I am right now. Tamee is a competitor herself and knows what we need. I honestly feel like she makes the best and most beautiful suits in the industry. So I am thrilled to begin my 2010 season knowing I will have a "perfect" suit for my shows. THANKS Tamee.

10/12/09 - Today is my wonderful husbands birthday. It is also the day we get to swim with some dolphins here in Orlando. Oh yeah I just competed in a Figure show. I placed 8th at the Ft. Lauderdale Cup in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday. It was a great show and we had a blast. Now it is rest time until next spring.

There are a lot of very exciting opportunities ahead of me this off season. I hope to have a lot of very good news for you in the coming months. Now we are off to play with the dolphins and celebrate Jim's b-day.

09/30/09 - I am only 10 days out from the Ft. Lauderdale pro show. I am so looking forward to this trip to Florida. After the competition Jim and I are heading to Orlando for a few days of much needed rest and relaxation. We are scheduled to swim with the dolphins on one of our days and that will be such a thrill. So send some positive vibes to Florida on October 10th and then LOOK OUT!!!!!!!.

09/14/09 - I made my pro debut this past weekend at the Atlantic City Pro Am. It was GREAT! I had a marvelous time seeing some old friends and making a lot of new ones. It was such a thrill to share the same stage with some of the best professional physique athletes in the world.

I am really happy with my placings at my first show. I placed 4th in the Masters division out of 25 ladies and I placed a very respectable 6th in the Open division out of 33 ladies. So look out in Ft. Lauderdale in October because here I come. :-)

8/06/09 - I had the great honor to be interviewed by John Hawley for siouxcountryradio.com last night. We had a great talk about my background and mylong march to my pro card. It was nice to be on the receiving end of the questions for this show. John is a great guy and we had a very nice chat. www.siouxcountryradio.com

Well I am officially a pro according to the IFBB and I have decided to do the Atlantic City show on September 11th and 12th. It is time to get my feet wet on a pro stage. WHOO HOO!!!!!

7/20/09 - I made a quick stop by the Muscle Girls Inc. radio show today. I was interviewed by Colette and Krissy last week and they projected that I would win the titile and get my pro card and if I did I had to come back on the show this week for a quick update. 7/19/09 - I DID IT!!!!!! I won the Masters Nationals Championship and earned my IFBB Pro card. As you might guess I had an unbelievable weekend with some very good friends. I am on cloud 9 with this victory. I have been working for this for 3 years and I finally have it.

If I can get my paper work situated in time I am going to make my pro debut at the Atlantic City Pro show in September. Wish me luck.

6/22/09 - Just getting home from the Jr. Nationals show in Chicago. Once again I finished 2nd in my class. I am still very happy with my conditioning and overall physique this year. I am confident that I can take that last step this year. Next up will be the Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh on July 17th and 18th. I will get to see alot of my friends at this show and it should be a great time. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me.

5/25/09 - It is two days after the Jr. USA and I am doing good. I placed 2nd in class D. I was really thrilled with my conditioning and my performance. I missed out on first place by 1 point. So, I am having some good meals for the rest of today and tomorrow and then it is back to the grind to get ready for the Jr. Nationals in Chicago on June 19th & 20th. I have never done the Jr. Nationals show so I am looking forward to going to Chicago and going for it again. I had a great time in Charleston and saw a lot of old friends. There is some upcoming news concerning a television show on the E Entertainment channel. They are doing a show on Female physique sports and they were in town following a good friend of mine, Ashley Dew. Ashley usually gets ready with me before the shows that we both compete in so we had a film crew in our hotel room at 5:00am on Saturday morning. They stayed with us until pre-judging so hopefully i will be on tv on July 24th. I will update everyone when I know more details.
