Hello Everyone. Thanks for stopping by my website. I would like to share a little about myself with you.I was born and raised in northern California, Hayward, to be exact. So I am a California girl at heart but I am a very happy South Carolina girl now. I have lived in and around Greenville, South Carolina for 13 years now and it is definetly my home. I met my husband Jim here 11 years ago and we have made a wonderful life together.

I guess one of the best ways to describe myself is BUSY. I am a hair-color specialist and I co-own a salon here in Greenville. I love what I do so working hard is well worth the effort. Time management is very important to me in order to balance my career, working out, and my family. I am very blessed to have the best husband in the world. Jim helps me with my work, my training, my nutrition and at home. Having a supportive spouse is the only way to make it all happen.

I have always been a very competitive person and I love challenges. I have competed in both bodybuilding and fitness before getting into figure. I did my first bodybuilding show up in Michigan where my father lives. This was before there was a fitness category. I was tall and lean and very skinny but I loved it. I competed in a few fitness shows and did really well. Then I decided it was time to find a career. Then a few years ago I started seeing the figure girls and thought that this might be fun. I am so glad that the figure category came along. It is perfect for me. I love to be fit and I love to compete so now I can take care of both. On July 18th I finally did it. I won the overall title at the Masters National Chapionships. This qualified me as an IFBB Professional. I guess I really will be busy now. WHEW!!!!

I am a huge animal lover. I have a wonderful dog named Tango. He is an 13 year old Jack Russell terrier. He is my baby. Jim and I have decided not to have kids but there will always be a dog in our lives. If I could take in every animal in the world, I would. We as humans could learn alot from animals. They are wonderful.

I have to say that I live a wonderfully blessed life. Being married to my best friend and biggest supporter is amazing. We got married in Las Vegas in 2001. It was great! Jim and I are very different but have just about everything in common. If that is possible. We both love to play and watch sports. We are each others training partners and we have even competed in the same show together.That was one of my favorite days ever. Families need to invest in themselves. Staying fit makes for a great foundation for life.

Please follow me on my new adventure in life as I compete as a professional figure athlete and being a fitness model. My next show will be the New York Pro in New Jersey in July of 2010.
